“I thoroughly enjoy working with people who need some direction.”
She came to training through endurance sport — Ironman events, the Boston Marathon a few times, and a double crossing of the Grand Canyon in one day. Much of her work now is helping people build strength and bone density as they get older, including clients with Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s.

What do you want to get back to?
Pick the one that sounds like you. That’s where we start.
Rotation, lateral movement and reaction time — plus the balance work that keeps a fast change of direction from turning into a fall.

Four ways to train
How it works
No two sessions are the same.
Some days a knee is cranky. Some days you slept badly. Some days you feel twenty years younger. I watch how you’re moving and change the plan on the spot — the goal stays where it is, the route to it moves.
She is always watchful for signs of fatigue and adjusts the exercise accordingly on the spot. From her personal story of training marathon runners, it is clear she can accommodate any fitness level her client has.

Who I work with
Most of my clients are working around something.
None of it rules you out. It just changes where we start and how fast we move.
Mobility and balance
Stiff joints, poor balance, limited range of motion. We work on gait, stability and joint mobility at whatever pace your body allows.
Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s
I train clients living with both. Sessions stay structured and repeatable, and they get adjusted as things change.
The long game
Better body composition and better lab work take months, not weeks. That’s the timeline we plan for, and it’s the one that holds.
Personal training is not medical care. If you’re under the care of a doctor or a physical therapist, I’ll work alongside their guidance — not around it.
Where to find me
Inside Prime Performance Training.
A private training facility on County Road 156 in Wildwood — not a crowded commercial gym. Online coaching is available if getting here isn’t practical.
